Outlook XP does not open image files

Hi I've got (another) crappy problem

One of my customers , receives digital photos through his email . It all worked fine , until last week , where Outlook XP refused to open any image files. If he saves it , to the desktop or c: drive he can open them , but he cannot access them inside Office XP




Any help greatly appreciated

His current pc matches this spec
PC - Windows XP Pro
P4
128 Mb RAM
Office XP
