Svchost.exe-Application Error

    I get this error message every time I shut down Windows xp:

    Svchost.exe-Application Error
    The instruction at "0x00000019" referenced memory at 0x00000019.
    The memory cannot be read.

    The computer shuts down without any other problem after a few seconds.
