My daughter has a new computer with Vista but no outlook. She has outlook on another computer with XP. How can she add outlook to her Vista computer and also add all the contacts from her XP Outllook?

You'd have to install Outlook from the Outlook or Microsoft Office CD & move the PST (data) file to the new PC.

Arnie, should she have outlook on a CD she would have received with the new computer? It obviously wasn't pre installed on the new computer.

No Outlook is not a program included with Vista, it is software you'd have to buy, although some OEMs will ship it with a new system with a discount.
