    Email would have following message "OE removed access to the following unsafe attachments in your mail: ATT00014.htm ". It has happen a few times when friends would add a attachment to email. What is OE and how do I correct this problem? It happened after XP SP1, has anyone had any security problems after XP SP1? Does not seem like SP1 would do this, all other
    programs seem to work well.

    Outlook Express (OE) has been configured to prevent attachments from being opened/saved.

    Open Outlook Express, click on Tools, Options, Security tab.
    Uncheck the box that says "Do not allow attachments... ". Apply.
