I just spent 3/4 of an hour removing a generic printer cartridge from an Epson. Finally had to remove it using pliers! UGH! Ink was OK - cartridge was non-standard.
I have had printers ruined from cheap ink.
And I am just as sick of paying vastly over inflated ink prices for manufactures own ink. Ripoff city! They should give printers away for the profit they make on ink!!!

I need a source of QUALITY cheaper ink. Where do you get your ink? Is it reliable & good quality???
    (I am in USA)

ps I know any idiot can do a google search & find countless vendors. I have had bad luck with ones towards top of google search.
I am looking for quality ink for general purpose printing.

That's what they're doing now. 50 bucks for a printer and 75 for ink.....Have you consider a laser printer or do you "need" color.

Yes, its a scam. And I hope that the various governments can crack down on this obvious scam. Given the current economic troubles, this will not be a priority.
But question remains: Who sells QUALITY cheap ink on line?
ANy recommendations about who you use???

Probably no one, you'll need to go and actually look in stores for Epson-made cartridges if you want "quality "... BTW, I have an Epson printer, and my only qualms with the cheaper cartridges are that they get eaten very quickly.
