Help and Support from event vwr not working

When I go into event vwr I don't get any info when the window for Help and Support comes up (after I click on http://go.microsoft.com/fwlink/events.asp)

I can go to Help and Support from start menu and put in a search term like shutdown and get a list of links to look thru.

I can go to the website http://go.microsoft.com/fwlink/events.asp by copy and paste in I.E. but not directly thru event vwr.

How can I fix this?

 

You need to let C:\windows\pchealth\helpctr\binaries\helphost.exe access through your firewall.

 

I have helphost.exe allowed in firewall. I have not changed this setting, and it did work previously. I don't know why not now.
