   when i try to open micro office 2003 it say's i am missing SKUOLL.cab
   I don't have a disk. I tried going to my registry and changing the value to 0
   but didn't help.

   Without an Office CD, I doubt you can fix this.

   If you need a new good word processing suite, try OpenOffice. It will open your Office files.
