connection issues

I am having problems with our wireless home network and hope someone can help? I have a wireless router set up for our home network. Our main compuer connects to the network with no problems, always has "excellent" strength, but we frequently cannot access the internet. I assume there is some sort of communication problem between our computer and the router, but for the life of me I don't know how to fix it.

Anyone have suggestions?

 

Plug it up wired temporarily and see if the problem continues.
