Xp Client to be connected to Win Server 2003 via LAN

    hello guys,

    I need help to connect Xp as client system to Windows server 2003 as Server system via LAN thou a Switch. i have installed sql 2005 enterprice edition on server and sql 2005 express edition on 3 clients xp systems. When i set a file for sharing on client system i am able to see it in all systems even on server. but when i am set a file for sharing on server system im not able to see on client systems.

    Even when i try to ping from server-to-client or client-to-client its working. but when i try to ping from client-to-server it is showing "request time out ". In My Network Places when i click "Veiw WorkGroup Computers " its shows servers system and all the 3 clients system.

    Should i change any setting in SQL or Server system. Pls help me its very urgent.....

    Have you added the computers to the domain/AD?

    Is the 2003 server set as the primary DNS for the client PC? It needs to be!

    Check the firewall on the server.
