I have a wireless network at home and can send Outlook e-mail no problem. But when I am logged on to networks other than my home network the e-mails never send they get hung up in the outbox and Outlook tries and retries again and again to send them but I get an error.

Any suggestions on how to fix this so I can send e-mail when I'm traveling?

The transmission media [wired or wireless] doesn't impact your browsing or email. Its the configuration.

Most probably your mail provider is rejecting your mails because it has forbidden relays thru the servers. You may need to login first into your email before sending the mail.

    So just to clarify:

Your ISP is "A ". You cannot send email when you are connected to another ISP then "A ".

    Easy solution:
Sign up for a free Gmail eccount. You can setup your mail client to POP the Gmail and use the Gmail SMTP server for sending mail when away from home. You can send from your ISP account using Gmail.
