windows update that downloads but will not install

    hi guys
    I have been tiring too download & install this update for over a week now.....Microsoft .NET Framework 3.5 Service Pack 1 and .NET Framework 3.5 Family Update (KB951847) x86 (update 1 of 1). But it only gets too 99% then stops & after 5Min's or so it says failed & I get this code 0x800A1391 have looked everywhere but it only seems to point too .net framework SP 1 , SP2 not having any probs with other updates just this on but did read somewhere that it causes when install the computer too keep rebooting any help would appreciate :)

    update wont download & install

    hi steve Iam using windows xp home SP3. as for the microsoft data base its not much help thanxs anyway guys :)
