Networking assistance

    I have a Netgear wireless router at home. Everyone can connect and get to the internet. However, I cannot for the life of me get our computers to be able to print to a printer on another computer, and we cannot change files. Lets say my Wireless Router's name is Contessa. Is this the name I should also use to create as the network name as well?
