    I'm from Chicago, in the commercial flooring business, and am on my computer quite a bit. I know very little about the technical aspects of computers and software, hence my need to be here. I wish I had the time to learn more, or even where to start, but this is a good place I suspect. So thanks in advance for any and all who reach out to us airheads :)
