   You will need to first install Virtual PC 2007, then install XP, Vista or whatever OS you want in it from a standard install CD. Remember that you can install a single copy of XP/Vista to only one computer so you will need an unused copy of your chosen OS.

   oh ok, i wasnt sure if microsoft would of been kind and made some OS's that would work only on the virtual pc. that would of made it much easier.
