Cannot Open some attachments

    I cannot open all my attachments sometime in my outlook express, I get this message when clicking on the attachment. This file does not have a program with it for performing this action. Create an association in the folder options control panel. Where do I find the folder options control panel , and how do I create an association? I have windows xp.

    Rather than worrying about how to open them, shouldn't you be more concerned as to what they are?

    If these attachments have been sent by friends/family members/colleuges then reply back and ask what software is required to open them. If they've been sent from unknown sources then my advice is to delete and ignore. Practice safe surfing and this includes email.
