chipset drivers

    I have an older second computer and wish to secure the motherboard chipset drivers for it.
    Have searched the web, but cannot home-in on the one needed.
    Attached are the motherboard details, can anyone advise where I can further look. Thanks Mike

    the computer cannot be connected to the internet yet, all the motherboard specs I have, I think?
    Yes I have tried the HP/Intel websites

    You don't need to use that computer to connect to the internet, follow the link in my previous post. An actual machine model number would help a lot (HP's website isn't too keen on part numbers) ;)

    Thanks for the 2nd response, strange that the HP link you referred to, rather spells out the obvious, suppose there are those who might search in places other than the obvious? there is no indication at all on the outside of the case/tower, hence my posting with all the info I have, would have thought the Motherboard info be quite sufficient for HP or Intel to cough up the info I need, but alas no! Your interest though is very much appreciated

    Older HP computers (I haven't been to the HP for late models) didn't have chipset drivers offered for download. They were only on the installation (recovery) disk. If you don't have the disk you might well have to purchase one from HP.

    HP use proprietary drivers.
