First of all, I contacted the helpdesk. Its seems to be only my laptop that has the problem. THIS IS WHY I AM POSTING AT WINDOWS BBS.

I am not quarentined. Recently though, I have been unable to connect to my school wireless network. I am able to reach other networks. This might be a general question.

I already ran Dial a fix, Win Sock Fix, and Netsh firewall reset. I don't have a third party firewall installed. I also tried system restore with no luck.

Is there any other command or tool that I could run to help fix my problem?

Are you using the windows utility to manage your wireless connection or a third party?

Is your school network a secure network or open?

I am using windows to configure my wireless.

My school network is an open network.

My internet access is NOT limited due to P2P software.

Well since this thread became inactive, i will update it.

I disabled and uninstalled the software for my built in network card, and installed Siemens SpeedStream 1021 Wireless PCMCIA Card to see if this would help fix my network problem.

    After going through,

    Close any open programs.
    Start the Add Hardware Wizard.
Click Next, and wait for Windows to search for Plug and Play hardware. Most newer hardware is Plug and Play, so you will rarely need to go beyond this step.
If no Plug and Play hardware is found, a list of hardware types appears. Click Add a new hardware device, and then click Next.
Click Install the hardware that I manually select from a list, and then click Next.
In the Common hardware types list, click the appropriate hardware category, and then click Next.
In the Manufacturers list, click the manufacturer of your hardware, and then in the Models list, click the model name.

Or, click Have Disk if you have an updated or third-party driver to install for your hardware.
Click Next, and then follow the instructions on the screen to complete the installation.
    Note

To open the Add Hardware Wizard, click Start, click Control Panel, and then click Printers and Other Hardware. Under See Also, click Add Hardware.

There was a problem installing this device. (Code 10, device could not start.)

I cannot find the cd, so I obtained the driver at http://members.driverguide.com/driver/detail.php?driverid=176384

Get rid of the Seimens adapter. It's old and is limited to 80211b.

Reinstall ONLY the drivers fro your built in wifi adapter & let Windows manage the wifi connection. Do NOT use wifi manager software that accompanies the buiilt in adapter.
