[Problem downloading Java & Flash - need to restart IE?]

Hello. I had my computer restarted and it erased every single program i had downloaded to it.. Iam trying to download Java script or a Flash playe but it tell me that i need to restart my internet explorer.. i dont know how to do that.. can anyone tell me hod to restart it???????

 

Close or exit all open IE sessions/windows.

Once the programs are installed you may open or start IE again. Both need to modify or add files to IE and cannot do so if IE is open. Once installed, for changes to take effect you need to reopen or restart IE.

This is considered a close and restart of IE.
