    Hi there,
I hope I am posting this in the right area. I've been getting this error message when trying to go to my mail:
I am currently running Windows XP Pro

Your help is much appreciated!!! Thank-you!

This is the error: Windows live could not be started. The application was unable to open the windows live mail message store. Windows live mail was unable to locate its message database. If you've moved the database files to a new location, click OK to reset the database path to the location. Otherwise click cancel to proceed under orphaned accounts. (0X00000000.2) I then click cancel and it says this: Windows Live could not be started. The application was unable to open the windows live mail message store. Your computer may be out of memory or your disk is full. 0X80070002

How much free space does your hard drive have?
Does rebooting the pc make any difference?

    Hi Steve,

It shows that I still have 89.0 GB of free space.

    Thanks for replying,

    Lucy
