I really need help. When I was surfing on some site, a site automatically corrupted my browser now my MIE 5.5 is unable to use any java chats. Java applets do not work at all on my Microsoft internet browser. It was okay before!!! I'm using Windows 95. Please tell me how to reconfigure and fix my browser. They also added strange stuff to my browser. When I right click I get a field >>>Search the web<<< How do I delete that too.

    Hi chunli
First thing I'd suggest, would be to download and run Ad-aware .

Did Ad-Aware find any spyware? When you go through the control panel .....add/remove programs...are you given the option to repair Microsoft Internet Explorer when you hit remove?

I used Ad aware and I managed to delete some bad files but I am still having the same problem. I've even tried repairing and reinstalling MIE5.5 but nothing seems to work.
