restore factory defaults

    hi...i dont know how anything works here, just trying to completely restore my computer. i read another thread abt it but nothing worked. i have the CDs but im guessing im meant to use them after. oh and the F11 button does not work!!!
    does anyone know what im supposed to do?? thanks!
