The joys of kids. My son has moved my taskbar. He knows something I do not. It is now vertical on the right side of my screen. Could somebody let me know how to get it back to the bottom (horizontal). Thank You.

Put your mouse over it, left click on it and hold. You should now have 'grabbed' it, then put it back where you want it.

Hi sauzal1021. Also if you don't want your son to move the taskbar again, right click a blank area of the taskbar and select Lock the taskbar.
