Upon start up there is a blue screen with the following message

Greetings,

Having a problem with computer, not sure if it is a legitimate message or a virus.

Upon startup a blue screen comes up with the following message:

If this the first time you've seen the error screen restart your computer, If the screen appears again, follow these steps:

Check for viruses on your computer remove any newly installed hard drive or hard drive controllers. Check your hard drive to make sure it is properly configured and terminated. Run CHKDSK/F to check hard drive corruption and restart your computer.

Refer to setting started. Troubleshoot errors. "

What brand is your hard drive? You'll need to know this to download the correct diagnostic/repair tools for it.
