    Hi,
Office 2007 and Office 2003 (windows xp sp2)

I installed the file converter "FileFormatConverters" version 12.0.6015.5000 but would like to be asked prior to converting files.
Is there an option to do this? All it asks is whether I want links to be updated or something like that.
If there is no way to choose which file I want to convert, is there a unconvert opton?
    Thank you

The Office 2007 files cannot be viewed at all in Office 2007 unless they are first converted for viewing.

It is important to note that the file has not been saved on open so you can close and or the file as normal.
If you want to save the converted office 2007 document in a format as an earlier verison, you can specify this in the Save As... dialog box.

To unconvert (back to Office 2007 format, simply close without saving changes.
To save the file in 07 format (assuming changes have been made), simply select the desited file format in the Save As.. dialog box.
