.DLL file deleted

    Not sure how, but probably while trying to clean up disk, I must have deleted or disabled a required .DLL file named MRTRATE.DLL. How can I get it back without losing files or a complete reboot?

    Not sure which program that's for, couldn't find it on my Win98FE system.

    Edit:

    But, a warning - while at that site I noticed my system seemed to be a bit sluggish, when I left that site, a half dozen or so pop-up windows appeared.
