Pictures missing from folder

Thanks Pete C for all your help, I understand now what has happened although I don't know how the files were originally deleted! This little episode has certainly taught me a valuable lesson in always backing up my data as you have suggested, luckily I can retrieve on this occasion but as you say I might not be so lucky in the future.

Thanks a million to all who have helped me with my quest - I don't know what I would have done without you all, this is an absolutely fantastic web site.
