importing/exporting addresses [from Outlook]

    I recently switched over to a different e mail provider, not thru server, I don't like all of the junk I get in MS Outlook, however I don't know how to get my addresses from oputlook to my new mail box, any help is appreciated,

    Hey If u want to export the address then follow the steps.

    1: Click on Import and Export under File menu
    2: Choose Export to File
    3: Select the format in which you want to download the address (I prefer to use CSV)
    4: Select Contacts
    5: Navigate to place where you want to save.

    For Importing Do the same and select Import from File.
