    I went to MSN Music and wanted to watch a video of an artist. When I clicked "watch video" a pop up screen came up and just stayed blank. Is there a setting to make this work. I have WMP9 installed, is that my problem? :(

    It could very well be Media Player 9. I've yet to hear of anyone having success with it. Worse yet, it's not got an uninstaller. Do you know what format the video was in that you were trying to watch?

    I just looked at that page on another computer and it is a page for selecting your connection speed. It is a Meta Data Window.

    What opens it, macromedia flash player?
