The font size control for Windows is located in Display Properties - either the Settings > Advanced > General tab or Appearance > Advanced and use the dropdown list to select.

    Alternatively reduce your screen resolution.

In Outlook I have no idea as I do not use it, but try the menus. You may need tp post a new thread in the Microsoft Mail forum

    In XP ....

    Control Panel > Accessibility Options

Control Panel > Display > Appearance > Colour schemes & Font Size

    Start > Programs > Accessories > Accessibility

Otherwise a Google for 'Screen Reader', screen magnifier.
