system recovery disk wont work!

    hi i recently got a good amount of viruses recently that my brother downloaded ( no idea from what ) including trojan gen etc. im currently trying to use my system recovery disk to reformat but it keeps saying a some win32 files arent on my computer anymore such as -------e:\updgoi\rp\minint\system32\svg and i dont know how to fix this issue. and i have a hijackthis report open if i need to show. - i dont know which to use... log or info of the report.



    anyways help please!

    Most probably the setup can't read your recovery cd properly.

    Make a fresh copy of it on another computer & try again.
