Macromedia Flash works with one user account but not another

    About four weeks ago, I did something (don't know what) and access authorizations to files got completely insane. Posted a thread here, got some answers, with the ultimate to reformat and reinstall Vista. Well I didn't want to do that so I managed to clean up most access problems, one file problem at a time basically. That may or may not be related to my new problem:

    I have two user accounts, both designated as administrator (to get around the previous access problems). Using Account1 on the internet, Sun Flash works fine - if I switch to the Account2, Flash doesn't work and get messages from sites saying Flash not installed, etc. Working as Account2, I re-installed Flash. That hasn't worked.

    What magical switch do I pull to allow Account2 to play movies like Account1?

    In case you're wondering, I'm been switching back and forth between accounts until all my access problems are solved, this flash issue being the last, then I will delete one of the accounts.

    Have you somehow blocked/disabled flash in your Account2 ?

    Open IE in your Account2. Goto Internet Options->Tools->Programs->Manage Add ons.

    Search for Flash there & see if its enabled or not.

    Otherwise, uninstall Flash & install it again.
