Can I install XP SP2 using my Pen Drive ?

    [FONT= "Book Antiqua"]Hi.Some of my friends told me that it is possible to create a bootable XP SP2 with my Flash Drive.
    I was wondering, can it be done?    :rolleyes:[/FONT]

    Yes it can be done "IF" the BIOS supports it..

    Its a lot slower then booting off a hard drive.
    You must unplug/disable the regular C drive.
    You can only use the flash drive on the same machine or other machines with Identical hardware.

    I know that I have to disable my C drive.
    Could you elaborate about that 'IF' remark ??

    The IF Steve referred to is this .....

    The BIOS support must booting from a USB device.

    week on a Dell Mini 9 using a 1.0GB USB Memory stick using the instructions from the page below...worked great...no install issues what so ever. The instructions are perfect.
