Switching on Auto hide !!!

I have just upgraded from IE4 to IE5.5 can anybody tell me how to enable the feature that makes the favorites list auto dissapear.
I have seen this feature in IE5 but do not know if it is available in IE5.5 or how to switch it on

Hi alboy,

Use Ctrl + i Or, click the small "X" at the top of the favorites window. That will close the window.

Ctrl + i are the toggle keys.

Thanks for your reply ski123 but that is not what i am looking for there is definately an "AUTOHIDE" feature in IE5 very similair to the autohide taskbar in windows, i am looking for a way of turning it on in IE5.5 if it is available

Are you referring to when you right click on the taskbar....go to properties...then under the advanced tab.....take the check mark out of Display favourites?

You need to have IE in full screen mode in order to use that feature. Open IE and change to full screen mode. Click on the favorites icon in the tool bar and then click on the little stick pin icon at the top right corner of the favorites frame.
