I have been extracting these zipped files I save to my desktop for work for over a year. Today, I right clicked on it to extract the files and I got this warning:
WINDOWS HAS BLOCKED ACCESS TO THESE FILES TO HELP PROTECT YOUR COMPUTER.
I have tried to unblock, but is does not stay unblocked and I still cannot open/extract my zip folders on my desktop.

    Can anyone help me?

I've had this issue with Server 2003. Try another extraction tool such as WinRAR. You get improved extraction speed and with WinRAR's RAR format, better compression.
