Moving Folders

    HOw do I change my downloads from going into my W: Docs folder to S: ?

    I'm not familiar with that program Chas, but if you can find the files options dialog there are settings there to change the default directories.

    Probably best to read this

    As I said I don't use the program, I'll leave it for others that do. There's no harm in looking around in the meantime though.

    You mean look in the actual program as opposed to in Windows?

    Yes sorry, I should have been a little clearer. Your downloads folder is program specific it's not like "Program Files ", "My Documents" etc which are set by the operating system.

    Just looked through all the folders in the program and couldn't find anything specific to location.

    Select Tools Menu, Then Options. Click the + next to Files and your directory settings are there.

    The one you're interested in is Move completed files (after download), tick that if not already ticked then enter the new directory in the edit box below.

    Let me know how you get on.

    What part of Scottland are in?
    I used to live in London and spent a month in Scottland while living in the UK.
