I have Outlook 2003 and recently when I reply to an email it freezes up and has to be reset. This is the message I get...

    szAppName : OUTLOOK.EXE szAppVer : 11.0.8169.0 szModName : hungapp szModVer : 0.0.0.0 offset : 00000000

    C:\DOCUME~1\DANNJO~1\LOCALS~1\Temp\WER4375.dir00\OUTLOOK.EXE.mdmp

    C:\DOCUME~1\DANNJO~1\LOCALS~1\Temp\WER4375.dir00\appcompat.txt

Any ideas on how to get this fixed quickly?

    Thanks for the help!

It may be time to patch the program to resolve "known issues." Have you tried getting the Office patches from Microsoft?

Is that just the normal microsoft updates or do I have to go to a certain section to get those updates? Thanks.

Yes, just the regular Microsoft updates intended for Office 2003 or Outlook 2003, whatever applies to your programs.

Sorry, that was the only thought that came to mind. You might also search on the "other software" forum on this site, someone may have encountered your problem there.
