Error Advrcntr2.dll missing

Hello--I've got a problem receiving a dialog box stating Nero Advrcntr2.dii file is missing only when I'm playing the yahoo rado stations. One thing though, I don't have Nero program. I've tried to find this file in my search but only come up with my searching for the file etc. I tried to download this file from the websites on this particular .dll. But yet I'm still receiving it on my XP program as missing. I'm wonder if someone could advise how I could either download this particular file so I can run my yahoo radio station or deleting this dialog box that keeps popping up when I play the radio channel.

Thank you very much for your response with the Advrcnt2.dll missing .dill... This .dll is from Nero I used to have a year or so ago and deleted the program from my computer due to I wasn't able to burn CD's for one reason or another. Its funny I didn't have the program anymore but it was still coming back to me as a dialog box with the nane Nero on the interface.
I don't know if what I done last night after receiving your suggestion I deleted all of the nero files that I had on my PC and check to see if this yahoo radio setup was going to spit out this nero box stating that the file was missing and yes it did come up once again. My next step was to find my CD from Nero which I had in the beginning and download the program only the Nero 7 essencials nothing else. I already have a CD burner from burn my files which works good for me. After downloading the Nero again I went into my search for all Nero files and notice that the missing file Advrcntr2.dll was there with 68 other nero files from just downloading the program. I've been playing the yahoo radio for awhile now this morning and the error message hasn't pop up yet so I think we're good to go because after maybe 10 minutes it would pop up.
One question Arie only to save hard drive space I want to know if I go back into my search files and folders I wonder if it would hurt to delete all the files in the Nero expect for that one particular file Advrcntr2.dll the one that is needed for this yahoo radio.

I re-scan from search for all Nero files and there were 236 in the search. There are files from 2005-2008 I guess the files in there even when I removed them from my computer a year ago. I've only had this computer a year now.
