Creating a group in a hotmail / windows live

    Good day/evening all

    I have an username@live.com mail; I log through hotmail.com (probably everybody do that)
    I want to create a group; I searched the net and I couldn't benefit of any how-to since all the how-to mention something like 'click on contacts' which I don't see on my live page; I see 'contacts list' but nothing further and cannot proceed with the how-to.

    Please advise.

    Generally speaking - when you don't see an option - the option isn't available;) Guessing you spent a ton of time in the help section?
