Multiple Login Problem?

    I am having a problem here. I am of high computer experience, and this problem has me stumped. I have 2 logins; one being mine and one being my sisters. Whenever I log out of mine, and she logs into hers, it doesn't let her do anything. Open programs, etc. So, after a while we got fed up and reloaded the operating system (we are using media center 2005 btw) and put all of our documents back, and are STILL having this problem. Is there anything I can do?

    If you reboot the machine and she logs in first does it run ok?

    Oh yeah, I meant to mention that :p. Yes, it does work if you boot directly into her account.
