Hi, guys. I'm very frustrated here. I bought a new computer running Vista. I use MS office 2003. I have installed it on my new computer, and have copied my normal.dot file and my custom dictionary, etc. from XP computer to a flash drive. I then copied them into the appropriate folders on the new computer. BUT, when I open Word on the new computer, none of my entries are there! I need these files to be able to work, can anybody help????

It is a slightly different folder for Vista.
What folder did you use for each?

Did you try the settings transfer Wizard?
