W2K Server w/DNS & DHCP, no Active Directory and running ICS. The purpose of this server is to do backups from remote sites and connect to two other w2k pro workstations to share internet. This is a 1.3Ghz Intel processor RAID 5 Machine that is not overworked.

When I hit EI v6.0 it takes 15-20 seconds to detect proxy settings before the first page arrives. On the two other w2k workstations sharing internet on this server it's immediate.

What setting do I have wrong to take so long to open the first page?
