Hi, Another Outlook issue is; Here I upgraded a user from Outlook 2003 to Microsoft Office Outlook 2007. In this case the user is able to view the mails which are being sent to him from the domain users. However the mails from external users and from any other mailing service are not being received. Also help me with this case...
    Regards,

Not my specialty, but if email is sent from the 'outside' do they get any error messages that the mail is not being delivered?

No error messages for the sender, the receiver is able to see the mails in Unread Mails Option. Once he reads the mails. the mails disappear. they are not present in inbox.

That's something completely different than not receiving!

From the View menu, select Current View > Messages. Right now Current View > Unread Messages in this folder will be ticked.

hi there, i once again uninstalled the Office 2007, rebooted the PC in safe mode, performed a deep scan with Zone alarm AV. Rebooted back. Manually cleared the entries from the registry(using regedit). Again rebooted the PC. Made a clean install. And now it's working fine.

Frankly speaking, I can't technically explain, which step out of the above helped to solve my issue. But now it works fine now.

Also Arie thanks for your kind help.

    Regards,
    Syed Arifuddin.

OK, great you got it to work. Sometimes starting 'fresh' will be the solution :D
