I recently bought a Dell opti plex with XP Pro, and SP 3 loaded. After setting myself as the computer administrator, I logged off. Now when I start, it always boots to "Guest ". which is the only option displayed. When I start in "Safe mode" there I am(?) How can I correct this?
    Thanks!

Go to Start>Run, type "control userpasswords2" (without the quotes, with the space),click OK.

In the window that opens, uncheck "Users must enter a username and password to use this computer," click OK.

In the small window that opens, make sure your administrator account user name and password are typed correctly in each field. If there is no password on your account, leave the password field blank. Click OK.

On the next bootup, it should automatically logon to the account you entered in the second window.
