I have search around the net looking for solution, but mine seems to be a little more complicated.

My computer is rebooting with even showing anything on the screen, the rebooting speed is around 5~10 sec

I can't try out the solution because,
I can't access safe mode, recovery and my computer can't access my XP CD either
Hope someone could help me out here, thanks :)

It reboots without(?) showing anything on the screen?

If it doesn't show the Windows loading screen, then it is not booting to the hard disk drive and the problem is at the BIOS (startup configuration) stage.

You will need to let us know exactly what happens. (Do you see the power LED go off and then come back on again?)

Disconnect any hardware devices (external drives, etc).
