:confused:Hi, I'm using Microsoft office outlook 2003, here for the html format mails, the print preview option is not available. I've even updated the office to service pack3 still no luck. Please provide me with some solutions.
    Regards,
    Syed Arifuddin.

Does this happen on New mail you're creating or received/sent mail?

I doubt it'll make you feel any better, but my Outlook 2003 does the same thing. I'm guessing that since it's going to print out just like you see it in the mail, there isn't a need to preview it.

Well there is no need to preview it frequently, however sometimes when we have some tabular data to print. it goes out of the page index. which needs to be adjusted. For this reason the Preveiw option is necessary in my case.
