    Hello
I am a real newbee with computers so if able to help I would appreciate explaing it in simple language.
I cant view many of my pictures. I am getting an error message that states that Abode does not read pjg files.
    It gives me the reasons:

1Abode doesn not support pjg files
2They were not named properly went sent from email or
    3That file is corupted
    I have vista operating system
    I use enternet explorer

Thank You ps I did not always have this problem and it is with all new pics taken. I did try a system restore. and if I need to I can uninstall and reinstall a program..

It sounds like you accidently associated the JPG file extension with Adobe Reader. The Adobe Reader can only open Adobe PDF files.

On my Vista my JPG files open in Windows Picture Gallery. You need to reassociate the JPG extension back to Windows Picture Gallery.

Give me a few minutes and I will give you instructions on how to reassociate the JPG extension.

To reassociate the JPG extension back to Windows Picture Gallery follow these instructions...

    1) Go to Control Panel
    2) Open "Default Programs "
    3) Open "Associate a file type or protocol with a program ". It will take a few seconds to open with all the file extensions listed
    4) Scroll down to "JPG" then click once on it to select it. After selecting the JPG extension near the top of the window you will see what program JPG is associated with.
    5) If not the "Windows Photo Gallery" then click the "Change Program" button.
    6) The "Open With" window will open. Select\click the "Windows Photo Gallery" from the list of "Recommended Programs" then click the "OK" button

    Thanks Kent problem solved.

All photos can be enlarged and I can send them to someone via email

    My problem :

I have 3 photos that a former coworker took and then sent them to me via email.

I can now enlarge them do the help I received here but

I can not send them to someone via email. I cant connect them to my attached files.

I cant place them in a file so they are visible when I look into my (attach files/browse)area when emailing someone.

I have vista OP system and do not know the name of the camara phone at this point.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
Again I am a newbee with computers so if possible please break it down so a newbee would understand.

    Thanks,
    Thom
