I have a Dell Inspion 1525 on order with Vista Premium preinstalled, and intend dual booting it with XP. I have found many informative links and info in other threads including this.

As I will only receive a resource disc, will this be able to repair the mbr so the system recorgnises Vista, or do I need a full installation disc?

Thank you Steve for your prompt & informative reply. As the resource disc includes drivers, I presumed these were OK for the XP installation.
