Outlook Express - No Emails in Inbox

    Hi,

    I use Microsoft Outlook Express 6.

    From last 2-3 days I was getting an Message Error Number: 0x800C0133

    I understand it was due to the INBOX being over limit and I tried making room by shifting emails to other folders.

    However all of a sudden, my INBOX shows empty and I am wondering where all my emails have gone.

    Please recommend a suitable action based upon recent experience.

    Upon glancing thru other similar situations, I copied the Inbox.dbx folder to another location so that I can start getting fresh emails which it did.

    Meanwhile I am not sure whether the same is corrupted or not, though it is about 1.99 GB size.

    In case the Inbox.dbx is corrupt, what is the best and most secure way to get back the contents.

    I did read thru various options like using a utility software (DBXEXTRACT etc) etc but please suggest the most trusted one.

    Can try File->Import and import the mail from the original inbox file...

    Unfortunately it didnt work as the folder shows no emails.
