A new issue for our Outlook 2003 - Email address storage logs of some sort?

My boss recently bought a new computer (while the old computer was on XP and the new one is Vista, the email program for this issue is Outlook 2003 for both systems!).
There is a big problem, however, in that many email addresses she didn't actually save to her Contacts, but instead just typed in. What I mean is, when she types 'A', all people whose name or email start with 'A' will pop up, and then she selects the one she wants. She is missing a lot of important email addresses that the .PST file didn't transfer over because of this. Rather than going through the entire alphabet, and manually saving each and every email address as I go to Contacts, would there happen to be a hidden log somewhere that lists all those email addresses? Something? Anything at all close? Or am I stuck at her old computer for several hours going through hundreds upon hundreds of unsaved email addresses?

Get the xxx.NK2 file from the old computer. That's the file containing the Auto-Complete Email Address Cache from Outlook.

Steve beat me to it while I checked my facts ;)
