This is what I get when I try to open an email. It happened when i tried to get fid of an identity I think. Can you help?

Thank you so much Daizy. I couldn't find the folder containing messagees.ods file so I used the registry editor anyway. At first I received the message again, even before getting into outlook but i tried it again and voila it was gone. Thank you thank you. I don't know what I would do without you guys
